Such a lovely family and the cattery is everything you need. Plenty of space for the cats, and so reasonably priced. The cattery is quiet and clean. The family pen has a small catio area accessible through a cat flap. I think the only thing is it's a bit smaller than I thought, but my cats were safe, well cared for and for a couple of nights, that peace of mind was priceless.
